I know what respect is, and I believe I need to write a little about this. Once we've discussed clear limits, and terms, they shall not be crossed, it's counter productive for me to lose my play thing(s). I can be fiercely territorial of all my possessions, that includes the individual(s) I'm involved with, what is mine will be protected, whether you're a slave, a submissive, or a you want someone to completely treat you like trash, I'm more than willingly to oblige, if you need a savior and a protector, well I can do that too. I'm able to encompass what is required; a means to an end. "What are you looking for in a submissive? " I'd like it to extend outside of the bedroom, but if it doesn't, whatever, I'm not going to repeat myself, so hopefully you've read this in it's entirety. "What are you looking for in a slave? " Mostly aesthetics, and objectification. Of course I'd expect loyalty, servitude, and there's a plethora more, but I don't feel I need to be too descriptive on this part.
Romance Movies Screen: We have prolonged shots of Dolores from Caleb's perspective, the screen starts glowing around the edges and where there is light Song: "Score from Love Story "/"Where Do I Begin? " by Francis Lai. It is the iconic theme from Love Story (1970) Caleb appears to be falling for Dolores in this scene (before he realizes that their meeting was all part of her plan after he watches her take bullets) Stage 4. Drama Movies (Specifically Trainspotting) Screen: More glow like from the Romance Act, a little bit more colorful (with lighting, highlights) Song: "Nightclubbing" by Iggy Pop and David Bowie from 1977. Most notably used in Trainspotting from 1996 The song was chosen for the movie due to it's heavy themes of drug use. The movie is about breaking the cycle of addiction to using and selling heroine, as well as unpredictable characters In this scene, Dolores and the gang are literally getting on a train with the intention of taking the entire world off the Rehoboam loops by sending the Incite files to everyone, much like the themes of Trainspotting Stage 5.
Digital is my preferred way of watching and I feel being unable to watch it that i didn't get what I paid for. Amazon's delivery was great, the product was in great shape, but Funimations digital copy has just been a waste of time and money. I should have just purchased the digital copy on Amazon as I'm sure that would have worked day 1. 2 months now and still not working, just a word of warning. Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2020 Verified Purchase I absolutely loved this movie. I saw it twice in theaters, back to back on two nights. As a huge fan of the original series, I have been wanting more in a major way for 10 years, and this movie finally gave that to me. If you're a fan of a certain internet theory regarding the ending of the original, you'll be in for a real treat watching this movie. It's Code Geass through and through, and I love it for that. Even if you liked the original ending, this is absolutely worth checking out from a hypothetical standpoint. Much of the original staff and actors came back as well, and they all brought their A game to create another masterpiece.
Vanity Fair Reviews Movie Reviews By Reviewer Type All Critics Top Critics All Audience Page 1 of 9 November 3, 2019 Directed by Mira Nair, although sumptuous in scope thanks to the sets and costumes, the film is convoluted and confusing. April 23, 2019 Hardly high-drama, but it's gently satirical and arguably represents the spirit of Thackeray's mischievous attitude to high society better than Kubrick's overwrought Barry Lyndon. March 4, 2019 Olivia Cooke's interpretation is probably the best Becky Sharp yet: She's intensely charismatic, with a little more bite, and toes the line between being faithful to the book and teasing out more modern feminist themes a little more smoothly. August 21, 2018 Witherspoon could have made something of Vanity Fair if Nair had reinvented the novel the way the makers of Clueless reinvented Emma. Instead, she exploited it. March 13, 2018 This Vanity Fair delights the eye, but Nair may be too much the humanist for her own good: she hasn't the instinct for the kill.
